Emilia Rogowska

Vice President of Business Development (aka VP of Awesome)
RightSource Services
Emilia brings an “interesting” mix of experiences. Not many executives have a background in dissecting cadavers, but Emilia does (you’ve been warned). She also collects moths and has been trained in taxidermy. (Still paying attention?) Emilia is an expert at doing things with machines that no one thought was possible (the laws can’t keep up). Her passion is in using every tool available to execute on her vision.
Emilia was previously the Format Engineering Director at Precision Dialogue in Chicago, providing a blend of Creative Direction and Production Management to create marketing programs for clients. She also designed the process for building the final products using all the automation at hand. This allowed her to develop novel ways of automating previously manual processes with minimal equipment investment.
Emilia is also an accomplished artist in paint, glass, wood, rehydrated moths and other media. Her commission work has been purchased by collectors and business owners throughout the region. RightSource’s creative approach to developing impactful customer solutions is a direct result of her experience and knowledge of what it takes to build a successful business utilizing the right mix of skill, equipment, and process.
Emilia holds a B.S. in Forensics and Theater from Bradley University.
